Hello everyone, I would like to talk to you today about some of the steps a business needs to take when installing a digital billboard. Everything's easier said than done, this holds especially true with installing a digital sign. The first thing you need to do is find a good spot for your new sign, you want a highly visible, well traversed location to try and maximize the signs exposure. This step is so you get the best ROI for how much you'll be spending on the sign. Once you have that done, contact the local port authorities, the city and state, and make sure that the location you chose doesn't break any laws and is alright to advertise on. Then you'll need a budget set aside to finance the sign, make sure to account for taxes, fees, foundation installation (giant metal pole stuck in concrete), etc, on top of the cost of the sign. then once that's all in order you must put down the aforementioned foundation; which is a sturdy metal pole with appropriate hanging brackets attached set in concrete. Be sure that it also has appropriate power running to the pole, this is important considering it runs on electricity. Then once you pay for the sign, expect a fairly long waiting period before the sign gets to your place of business. These signs are large, heavy, and are coming from China usually so unless you're a wizard, you won't see next day delivery. You're almost done, Now all that's left is to let the installation crew put the sign up and familiarize yourself with the software that will allow you to make advertisements and post them to your new sign. That's about it, if I left anything out please leave a comment at the bottom of the page and tell me of your experiences, concerns, ideas, etc. Thank you for reading Rush Hour Digital Marketing's, we hope you have a great day.
